I think it’s so important as a driver (especially a new one) to communicate and understand our Driver Managers. At first, it didn’t seem we clicked as there was a lot of misunderstanding. But I took the time to talk with him as I wanted to have a good relationship and be a better driver.
Through this intentional effort, my respect goes out to him for dealing with all types of issues AND drivers with different experience levels. At the end of the day, in every call that he answers, he wants to help us understand and guide us through each situation safely.
