“The other week, we asked Brian to go to Austin, TX, to help a newer driver get his trailer back into a PELAUS dock. He was the only one in the area and agreed to the task. This location is difficult because you have to pull across a 4-lane busy street and back into a lot with cars parked and a tight back-in with a wall on one side. Brian said he got it in there, but it wasn’t easy. This was helpful because it got the load delivered, and the other driver could keep moving. I appreciated Brian’s attitude to show up for another driver in a tight spot.” – Steve Mallory
