“I recently had my truck in the shop, and before going in, I bought a cell phone signal booster. The day shift did an amazing job installing it. Honestly, everyone in the shop is all-around amazing and helpful. There’s one guy I’d like to nominate for going above and beyond, Ryan Farmer.
He googled how the cell signal booster is supposed to work, tested and then called me to make sure I understood how it worked. Then, he asked me if I wanted it hardwired into the truck instead of taking up a 12v plug. After he did that, he called me back down to show me how he did it and what to do if there were any problems and even moved the inside antenna to where it works better in both the sleeper and the cab.
We talked about my CB, and I told him I installed it myself on the road, and he looked at it, adjusted it, and reinstalled it properly the way it’s supposed to be. Everyone in the shop does a lot, and I’m very appreciative of everyone in there, but I’m really grateful for Ryan taking the time to show me and then taking the extra steps to care about the details.” – Tim Love
