“Clark Reed had a student recently that was staying in a hotel for his 34-hour reset and he got very ill. Clark reported it to us on Monday morning and so I called the student to ask him what we could do for him. He asked for several things. Clark chose to take a vacation day because the student was sick and ended up helping us with retrieving a company car from the hotel as well as stopping to get the student some bottled water and breakfast. He ended up delivering it to the room at the hotel.
