On the Move
Klay Nafziger
We are excited to share that Klay has moved to the Safety and Claims Manager, overseeing roles like the Safety & Claims specialist. His team will take on aspects like HOS, Claims/Acc/Inc, Expirations, and orientation. These two teams will work closely together, but we do want to start making sure we separate the difference. – Rick Schmidt
Kevin Funk
We are also excited to announce Kevin has moved to the Driver Performance Manager. He will oversee roles like the Performance Supervisor that we have posted. He and his team will be in charge of things like Hands-on Training, Simulator, Scorecard questions, SmartDrive, and continued development and training of drivers. I would like to note that the training program is still under Brendon and his team, but they will work closely with Kevin as drivers develop. – Rick Schmidt
