Neil is an incredible asset to Nussbaum. During his eight years here, he’s invested tirelessly in our students/new drivers as a Trainer and Road Captain. His humor and fun-loving nature quickly put others at ease, and everyone from trainees to operations leaders go to him with questions. He’s also invested in himself, earning his initial Certified RED and maintaining our highest safety/habits scorecard level.
Through it all, Neil is a servant leader with a heart for others. Whether traveling to Tijuana to help rebuild homes or engaging people who ask about our trailer graphics, Neil is on a mission to spread the love of God.
He’s also a travel bug with an ever-growing list of top destinations. And with Nussbaum, the next stop is 1 million miles!
