“In the time that we have taken over the Training Academy from Heartland, we have continued to see it grow and perform well. With the classes and the need for an instructor that is here full time, we have decided to bring Jeff King in full time (and he has accepted) to be an instructor. He will be turning in his company truck for the instructor truck 😊 when we have a week or two off from the school, you may still see Jeff jump in a spare to help out, but we are excited to have him come in and work with the students full time!” -Rick Schmidt

“We are excited to announce that we are having some growing and adding a new opening to the Sales/Pricing Department. As we continue to grow and deal with the changing economy, being able to grow and develop the knowledge for the company becomes more and more needed. This position will work alongside the Business Analytics managers helping to apply multi-layer, decision-oriented logic to the freight and lanes that we have and that we look to grow. They will dig into lane-based pricing for specific customers, trucking performance strategy and continue to apply that to our freight and our lanes that we grow/add on. The Business Analyst position has been filled, as Ryan Mara will be stepping into this role. His transition to Business Analytics/Pricing will take place over time as we work to backfill Operations.” – Rick Schmidt
