The shop knew one of our drivers was stuck trying to get hooked up to his trailer. There was a lot of snow and he really needed help getting dugout. They searched for a nearby driver and found Lola Thomas-Albright. She took the call and had a shovel. Lola went above and beyond to help dig out a friend.
