This year’s Road Captain Summit brought together some of the best drivers in the Nussbaum Family for a day of connection, conversation, and collaboration.
Our Road Captains play a big role in what makes Nussbaum a great place to drive. They mentor new drivers, set the standard for safety and professionalism, and serve as a valuable voice between the road and the office. The summit gave them a chance to step away from the wheel, share what they’re seeing out there, and help shape ideas that make the driving experience better for everyone.
Throughout the day, Road Captains swapped stories, talked through challenges, and offered feedback on how we can keep improving as a team. Conversations like these are a big part of what it means to be employee-owned. When the people closest to the work have a seat at the table, we all move forward together.
