“I’d like to nominate Oscar Flores for an OWNit Moment. It was the 4th of July weekend, and we were told I could pick up a pre-loaded trailer in South Carolina on Sunday. When I got there, no one was there, and the customer contact said, “Nope, we’re closed.” After I called Oscar, he jumped right on it, and got ahold of someone who was able to come in and give me the paperwork and release the trailer. I was able to roll on Sunday, instead of having to sit till Monday. I really appreciate Oscar going above and beyond to help.” – Chris Larsen
