Greg Hamm
Domicile: Counce, TN
Greg Hamm has been driving for over two years and has always loved life on the open road. He previously worked as an automotive technician and now calls West Tennessee home. When Greg isn’t driving, he enjoys making memories with his family. He hopes to one day visit Montana and would love to experience New York City as well. On the road, sunflower seeds are his go-to snack. Greg describes himself as “a bit of a cut up once I get to know you.” Welcome aboard, Greg!
Carolyn Nilges
Domicile: Carbon Cliff, IL
Carolyn Nilges has been driving for one year and previously worked in carpentry through a federal grant program. She’s based in Cleveland, Ohio and enjoys reading and going for walks in her free time. Carolyn hopes to travel to Norway and Iceland and loves taking in beautiful sunsets. Pistachios are her snack of choice. Welcome to Nussbaum, Carolyn!
David Caldwell
Domicile: Indianpolis, IN
David Caldwell has five years of driving experience and comes from a construction background, having worked just about everywhere. When he’s not on the road, David enjoys preaching and hopes to one day visit Costa Rica. He doesn’t have a particular sightseeing destination in mind, but does keep things healthy with salad as his preferred road meal. Glad to have you with us, David!
Michael Oeth
Domicile: Clarksville, TN
Michael Oeth is new to the industry with four months of driving experience and previously worked for Amazon. Based in Iowa, he enjoys boating and dreams of taking a boat out on the ocean someday. He didn’t list a favorite snack or destination, but we’re excited to have him on board as he continues his driving journey. Derrick Johnson
Domicile: Griffith, IN
Derrick Johnson brings 22 years of driving experience and was motivated to make a change after working at a college. He’s from Ford Heights, Illinois and enjoys watching movies in his downtime. Derrick hopes to visit the Bahamas and see the Grand Canyon one day. Chicken is his favorite road meal. Welcome to Nussbaum, Derrick!

Eric Greenwalt
Domicile: Divernon, IL
Eric Greenwalt is excited to return to Nussbaum (previously worked 2012-2020), bringing 28 years of driving experience to the road. With a background in labor, he has worked throughout Illinois and Arkansas. Outside of work, Eric enjoys motorcycle riding and dreams of seeing blue ocean water and white sand beaches someday. He keeps it simple with jerky as his road snack and is known for being easy going. Welcome to the team, Eric!
