Carl Kuehnel
Domicile: Kendalville, IN
Carl Kuehnel brings 7 years of driving experience and a genuine love for being behind the wheel. Before entering trucking, he spent time working in the moving industry, which built a strong foundation for life on the road. Carl grew up in the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan, and when he’s not driving, he enjoys traveling with his wife—especially to waterfalls and favorite fishing spots.
His favorite meals are whatever delicious creations his wife makes in the air fryer. Carl also shared something deeply meaningful: he is strong in his faith and currently registering for seminary school, with a calling to minister to individuals battling addiction and those in prison.

Dream Vacation: Rome, Italy
Tom Mcclure
Domicile: Ludington, MI
Thomas McClure brings decades of experience to the road — over 29 years! He loves the idea of “travel with pay!” and comes from a remarkable career background as a Journeyman Power Lineman for 25 years and a United States Merchant Marine for 12 years. Thomas grew up in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and today he enjoys life up north on Hamlin Lake in Ludington, where he spends his free time fishing and hunting.
His favorite snack is smoked Copper River sockeye salmon with cheese and crackers. Thomas also shared something meaningful: he is a grateful, saved Christian, living out his faith daily. Welcome, Thomas!
Dream Vacation: Donner Pass
Tim Kelly
Domicile: Lebanon, MO
Timothy Kelly joins us with 5 years of driving experience, choosing trucking after completing an extraordinary military career. Before entering the industry, he served 34 years of active duty as a United States Marine Corps Officer, retiring at the rank of Full Colonel. He comes from a proud military family — his father served 28 years in the U.S. Army — and Timothy spent much of his life traveling the globe. He considers Texas home, where he graduated from Texas A&M, played college baseball on a 4‑year scholarship, and earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering before entering military service.
Timothy enjoys everything outdoors, especially hunting, fishing, and riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle. Although he’s traveled all over the world, he’s happiest at home on his wooded property next to a national forest, relaxing on the deck and enjoying God’s creation. His favorite food is anything grilled.
Timothy also shared something deeply personal: he gave his life to Christ at age 8 and experienced a profound faith encounter after being medically pronounced dead for 42 minutes at age 11. He says this experience confirmed God’s love, peace, and grace — and it continues to shape his life today. Welcome aboard, Timothy!

Karic Brown
Domicile: Smithville, MO
Karic Brown comes to Nussbaum with one year of driving experience and a long‑held desire to build a career on the road. With four kids at home, Karic waited until the timing was right—he never wanted to miss the special moments. Before trucking, he worked in Sales and Finance in Hutchinson, KS.
Karic is a BBQ fan and loves a good mountain view. When he’s rolling down the highway, you’ll likely find some good beef jerky within reach. He’s also a lifelong musician who taught himself guitar, bass, and drums—and can play nearly any song by ear!
