William “Willie” Richardson brings more than 5 years of driving experience and a lifelong connection to trucking — it’s been his dream since childhood. Before stepping into the driver’s seat, Willie worked as a plant supervisor. He grew up in Hammond, IN, and when he’s not on the road, he enjoys being outdoors and playing golf. Known for his sense of humor and appreciation for the simple things, Willie’s favorite road memories include watching sunsets across the lower southwest. His go‑to snack on the road is beef jerky. Dream Vacation: Japan

Joshua “Josh” McNeal

Domicile: Paducah, KY

Josh McNeal brings 1–2 years of driving experience to Nussbaum. His journey into trucking started thanks to a nudge from his wife — and he’s been grateful for the road ahead ever since. Before trucking, Josh worked as a school bus driver and grew up in Paducah, KY. In his personal life, he’s focused on building a stronger relationship with God and himself. His favorite road memory is driving along the coast of the Atlantic, taking in the peaceful scenery. When he needs a sweet treat, you’ll find him reaching for Butterfingers. Welcome, Josh!

LaClea Perry

Domicile: Cedar Rapids, IA

LaClea Perry brings 3.5 years of experience and a bright, easygoing personality to the fleet. She enjoys the steady rhythm of weekly home time and embraces life as an empty nester. Originally from Detroit, MI, LaClea loves relaxing by watching TV and enjoying snacks — especially trail mix or popcorn on the road. She enters Nussbaum with an OTR background and a strong sense of independence. We’re excited to have you with us, LaClea!

Nikolas “Nick” Zara

Domicile: Fenton, MO

Nikolas “Nick” Zara joins Nussbaum with 8.5 months of driving experience and a passion for exploring the country. Originally from Romania and raised in St. Louis, Nick previously worked in sales before choosing trucking to change his life for the better. Off the road, he enjoys fast sports cars, video games, and hunting. One of his favorite memories from the road is building friendships and seeing amazing places across the U.S. His go‑to meals include Gatorade, chips, and a hot dog — though he tries to cook in his truck when possible. Welcome, Nick!

Dream Vacation: Italy

Sean Kent

Domicile: Corinth, MS

Sean Kent joins Nussbaum with between 6 months and 2 years of trucking experience, following an accomplished career in public service. He is a retired California Highway Patrol Motorcycle Sergeant with 33 years of service, as well as a 28‑year military veteran across three branches and a combat deployment. Sean grew up in the suburbs of Los Angeles and Huntington Beach, CA. At home, he and his wife enjoy running a small homestead farm and being active in their church community. His favorite road memory is hauling tanks in combat in Iraq — an experience he’ll never forget. On the truck, his favorite snack is smoked salmon. Welcome, Sean!

Zane Stanbro

Domicile: Des Moines, IA

Zane Stanbro brings 5 years of experience to Nussbaum and arrives with a solid OTR background. He runs bi‑weekly home time and approaches trucking with a strong sense of professionalism and consistency. Zane grew up in Iowa and comes to the fleet ready to contribute his skills and road knowledge. Welcome aboard, Zane!

Robert “Rob” Therrien

Domicile: York, PA

Robert “Rob” Therrien brings over 5 years of experience and a deep family legacy in trucking — he’s a third‑generation driver. Before trucking, Rob served in the U.S. Marine Corps and remains dedicated to spending quality time with family and gaming with friends online. Originally from New Hampshire, Rob runs weekly home time on the York Dedicated account. One of his standout memories on the road is using a tornado alarm to wake up his wife while they were traveling through tornado country — a moment they won’t forget. His go‑to snack is beef jerky, and he’s known for his sharp sarcasm and great sense of humor. Welcome, Rob!

Nussbaum Technology – Senior Software Engineer

We are excited to share that we have filled the open role for a Senior Software Engineer at Nussbaum Technology. Brad DeJong. Brad has been a developer for the past 16 years where the last 10 years have been spent at Mayo Clinic. His position before was fully remote so he is excited to coming into an office and working with the NTech team, especially on a product like BidRight. Welcome to the team, Brad!
