Austin Bickel brings 3 years of driving experience and a strong mechanical foundation. Before trucking, he worked as a diesel mechanic and eventually decided that if he loved working on trucks, he might as well drive them too. Austin is from Lacon, IL and spends his downtime relaxing at home or heading out to fish when he can. One of his favorite memories on the road is a peaceful run down to Victoria, Texas. He’s always open to a good conversation and is excited to continue his journey here at Nussbaum. Welcome, Austin!

Chris Treadaway brings 18 years of driving experience and a straightforward motivation: providing for his family. Before trucking, he served as a food and events director for a church in Charlotte, NC. Outside the truck, Chris enjoys golfing and fishing whenever he can get outdoors. His dream getaway is anywhere warm where he can fish and soak up the sun. He once had the unforgettable experience of attending the Super Bowl, and his go‑to road snack is peanuts. Matrix Wyatt joins Nussbaum with 11 years of driving experience and a deep love for seeing the country. Before trucking, he worked as a deputy sheriff and is originally from Atlanta. Matrix enjoys spending time with his family whenever he’s home, and his dream is to one day travel to Africa. His favorite place he has visited is the Grand Canyon, and his snack of choice on the road is Skittles. Matrix shared that family and vacation time mean everything to him. Before trucking, he worked in the glass manufacturing industry and originally comes from South America. When he’s not behind the wheel, Oscar enjoys cooking, watching movies, and making time for simple routines that keep life balanced. He has traveled extensively, enjoys snacking on Fritos, and likes to walk or run during reset breaks to stay active. Welcome to the team, Oscar!
