“Kylie has been so wonderful, understanding, and helpful to me when I needed extra time off for my health a few months ago. I’ll spare you the details of all that, but suffice it to say, she was quick to coordinate with the team and provide me the support I so desperately needed. I feel like when I went through all of that, if I would have been working at a different company and with some other boss, I may have lost my job over the illness. Other companies give a hard time to employees over such matters. But not Nussbaum. And not Miss Kylie. She’s so very patient, I don’t know how she does it. If there is an award for upholding company values, I think she should get it.
