“I wanted to give a huge shout out to Billie Joe on 2nd shift dispatch! I was having some truck issues and called our outside vendor, but they were stumped and couldn’t help. I called in and got Billie, and she jumped into action – sent out messages, got people on it… by the time I called her back, I’d resolved the issue myself, but that’s not the point. 😊
Apparently, several people from our shop reached out to her with suggestions, and she went WAY above and beyond to help me out.
