“I’d like to nominate Julie Chamblin for an OWNit Moment. She was at a drop yard and noticed a trailer there that had some racks on it with no paperwork. She called in to let dispatch know for whoever was going to be picking it up. Because of this, and a little investigative work, we found that another driver accidentally took this trailer from Rivian thinking it was empty and had been sitting at the drop yard for 2.5 months! Julie also helped out by climbing inside the trailer and finding the info on the sticker, so we knew exactly where the racks were supposed to go. Thank you, Julie!” – Kylie Hoffman
