Alan Cabrera has been driving for 8 months, fueled by a desire to see the country and earn a better living. He previously worked as a maintenance technician and hopes to one day haul horses as an Owner-Operator! When he’s not on the road, Alan appreciates sleeping in the comfort of his own bed. When he is on the road, Watermelon-flavored Arizona tea is his beverage of choice. Welcome to Nussbaum, Alan!

Anna Lutz
Domicile: Carbon Cliff, IL
Anna Lutz has been driving for 12 years. Ever since she was 21, she wanted to be a truck driver! Anna grew up in Colona, Illinois, and worked in customer service before hitting the road. In her off time, she enjoys spending time with family, crocheting, and painting diamonds. Her favorite road snack is caramel rice cakes and trail mix. Welcome to the team, Anna!

James “Jim” Mack
Domicile: St. Charles, MO
Jim Mack’s career mentor encouraged him try his hand at truck driving, and it’s already been 4 years behind the wheel! Jim grew up in St. Louis, Missouri and worked as project manager before he came over to trucking. In his down time, Jim enjoys reading, singing, exercising, and playing the piano. He usually grabs some trail mix to take with him in the truck. He is glad to be here, and we’re thankful to welcome him aboard!

Nick McCraw

Nick McCraw is excited to begin a new, long-term career in trucking! He just earned his CDL last November. Nick grew up near the Quad Cities, IL and previously worked in corrections and private security. He loves spending time with his wife and 2 boys, and hopes to someday visit Austin, TX to watch the Longhorns! Nick also wanted to share: “I am extremely excited and thankful to be able to join this company knowing the faith base it has, and the opportunity to learn the proper way in this industry with the great new driver training program provided here. For the past 3 years, Matt Palmer has enjoyed the independence of truck driving. He previously worked in sales, and likes to stay active with snowboarding, surfing, working out, and riding motorcycles. His favorite road snack is trail mix. Welcome to the Nussbaum Family, Matt!

Josh Reinitz

Josh Reinitz followed his dream and passion into truck driving and previously drove a school bus! Josh is married with 2 kids, 1 on the way, and a house to take care of – life is good! He enjoys spending time with his family, working on cars, and video games. When it’s time to hit the road, he likes to snack on Cheez-its. Welcome aboard, Josh!

Abbey Holler
Claims & Safety Specialist
We are thrilled to announce that Abbey Holler will be starting with Nussbaum on 1/5/2026 as a Claims & Safety Specialist. Abbey has spent the last 6 years in the Military working in various positions. Many of her roles surrounded transportation as well as working with the techs for inventory and parts. We are looking forward to adding her to our team!
