“I wanted to put in Mitch LaTulip for an OWNit Moment. The specific moment that triggered this is more a two-week timeframe and the general attitude he has day-to-day. All Christmas and New Years weeks, Seth was off, and Mitch covered both his and Seth’s regions. The holidays are an extremely chaotic time where there are way more moving parts, time-offs, customers to please, and just overall high stress in operations. Some days, there was more freight than we had drivers for, and that week in particular he had dozens more drivers than we had freight for and managed it very well. Throughout that stressful time, Mitch did not complain about it once but maintained the same attitude of “gotta do what we gotta do,” consistently portraying the same values and reasonable nature he’s known for. This is his character day in and day out, putting in the long hours when needed, covering as necessary, and just overall OWNING it like no other. Mitch deserves recognition for his dedication, hard work, doing it with a smile, and stepping up when someone needs to. I feel he exemplifies our values and truly OWNs it, and I think anyone in operations would agree.” – Ed Gabriel
