“With the recent “Truck Detailing Incentive,” I decided to try something new and detail a truck. I went into the shop with some nerves and no idea what I was doing. Within seconds of walking into the East Shop, I was greeted by Jim Garner. Without even being asked, Jim connected me with the right people, pulled the truck into the bay, showed me where to find tools and supplies, made sure the truck was at a comfortable temperature, and checked on me regularly to see if I needed help. Despite interacting with Jim for only a few minutes, it’s clear that he is quick with a friendly joke and quicker to lend a helping hand wherever he can.
