The Truckload Carriers Association has selected Nussbaum for its first-ever list of TCA Elite Fleets! This honor recognizes Nussbaum as a “2025 Best Place to Drive.” In choosing the winners, TCA looked carefully at carriers’ pay, benefits, safety record, facilities, equipment, and more. They also conducted surveys to gauge drivers’ satisfaction and engagement at work.
Nussbaum’s vision says, “we are purpose driven to create positive impact with every interaction.” This phrase demonstrates exactly how these recognitions are won—our small, daily interactions and choices add up to a HUGE impact! There isn’t one thing in particular that makes Nussbaum an Elite Fleet; it’s YOU, our employee owners, choosing each day to own your actions. Its our drivers taking extra time to help a fellow driver in need. It’s our Road Captains taking a call at 4am from a trainee. It’s our shop techs being thorough in their inspections and repairs. It’s our safety team taking calls and answering hard questions. It’s our DMs and Planners thinking through all the moving pieces and being available when drivers call in. It’s our leadership making themselves available and accessible to their people.
