Carlos Moreno is a new driver with no prior experience, inspired by his time working at a mechanic shop and seeing all the big trucks coming in for repairs. He grew up in Bridgeview, Illinois, and loves hanging out with family and friends when he’s not on the road. Carlos doesn’t have any favorite road memories yet, but he’s looking forward to making some. His ideal road snack is a yogurt parfait. Carlos mentions that he’s not much of a talker at first, but he opens up once he gets to know you. Welcome to Nussbaum, Carlos!

Garold Hamm
Domicile: London, OH
Garold Hamm has been driving for 8 years, drawn to the job for its security and the love of travel. He grew up in Ohio and enjoys fishing and camping when he’s not on the road. Samuel Walson
Domicile: Champaign, IL
Samuel Walson has been driving for 5 months, seeking a career that will help him support his family. He grew up in Chicago, Illinois, and enjoys streaming on Twitch and other platforms or spending time with his family when he’s not on the road. Samuel loves going to places he’s never been before and trying new foods. His ideal road snack is salt and vinegar Lay’s. He describes himself as very helpful. Welcome to Nussbaum, Samuel!
Dream Vacation: Dubai
Nathan Wayne
Domicile: Louisville, KY
Nathan Wayne has been driving for 11 months, inspired by his grandfather, who has driven trucks longer than Nathan has been alive. Nathan is a big car guy and finds driving therapeutic. He was born in Louisville, KY, but grew up in Clarksville, IN, and currently resides in Charlestown, IN. When he’s not driving, Nathan loves spending time with friends and family, working on cars, and attending car shows and meets. His favorite memories include hitting the Rockies for the first time and rolling up on Las Vegas at night. Nathan’s ideal road snack is Goldfish, which he says always smiles back. He describes himself as a momma’s boy and a follower of Christ. Welcome to Nussbaum, Nathan!
Dream Vacation: Gatlinburg, TN or anywhere in the mountains, you’ll never catch this body on a beach, but you can fully expect to find me cruising the backroads with friends in the mountains.

Stephen Bynum
Domicile: Morocco, IL
Stephen Bynum has been driving since 1995, inspired by the movie “BJ and The Bear.” He grew up in the Pittsburgh, PA area and enjoys golfing, fishing, and working on his wife’s to-do list when he’s not on the road. Stephen loves the scenery in different states and enjoys all kinds of food as his ideal road snack. He is excited to be with a great company like Nussbaum. Welcome back, Stephen!

New Office Hires
Erik Swanson
Erik Swanson has accepted the position for IT Service Manager. Erik has been working at Samaritan Ministries since 2016 with his time being spent as Desktop Support Lead and Systems Administrator. Before that, he was an On-Air Operations director for a Radio show for 6 years. We are excited to have him and his experience join us here at Nussbaum. Erik enjoys spending time with his kids on time off. Outside of work you can find him planning a day trip, hiking, or just relaxing at home. His favorite book (Bible excluded) is Oathbringer, from the series Stormlight Archive. A fun fact about Erik is that before the age of 5 he had visited at least 5 different countries.
