As we gather with friends and family, we are reminded of the incredible gift God has given us: the gift of His Son. Jesus came into the world as a humble child, born in a manger, to bring hope and salvation to all. His birth was heralded by angels and celebrated by shepherds and wise men alike, each recognizing the miraculous event unfolding before them.

Christmas is a moment to express gratitude for this immeasurable gift. Amid the busyness of the season, let’s take time to reflect on God’s love and faithfulness in our lives.

    Jesus: The Heart of Christmas

Christmas is a time to celebrate the greatest act of love: God becoming flesh. In John 1:14, we are reminded, “The Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen His glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth.”

Jesus came as the light in a dark world, fulfilling prophecies and bringing salvation to all who believe. He was born into humility—laid in a manger, visited by shepherds—yet His birth shook the heavens. Angels proclaimed, “Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace among those with whom He is pleased!” (Luke 2:14).

This is what we celebrate: not just a child born in Bethlehem, but the Savior who would bear our sins, conquer death, and offer us eternal life.
