The Nussbaum Benevolence Committee hosted our third annual Tender Mercies packing event with Midwest Food Bank on Thursday, November 14. Aaaaand the Nussbaum tenacity struck again with running Midwest Food Bank out of product before the final time slots were able to pack any bags! GREAT JOB EVERYONE! MFB is always so appreciative of the willing helpers (and number of bags we pack!) here at Nussbaum.
In all, we packed 37 boxes which is 1,480 individual bags, which is a total of 5,920 meals! What an accomplishment! Thank you for giving of your time to help others – it’s events like this that show the heart of Nussbaum, which is to reflect the heart of Jesus.
