“Rex Schroeder was at Nussbaum getting his truck worked on, and while I was performing a hands-on training we happen to walk into the shop.
Rex noticed his truck in Greg’s bay and wanted to see something while the bumper was removed. Greg walked over to Rex and personally thanked him. He said he really appreciated working on, and in, such a spotless truck.
Greg took it a step further and took pictures of Rex’s truck to show how clean it was and sent them to me.
I could tell Rex really appreciated that compliment.”
