“Our company booked a load through CH Robinson (who then booked it out to Nussbaum). The order loaded on a Friday, and Nussbaum sent Dave Gagnon with a student. As our parking lot is very tight, Dave used corner backing into our dock as an opportunity to instruct his student. Both seemed to do very well–Dave was so patient and calm. It took a few tries, but they got the trailer where it needed to be, and they were loaded and done pretty quickly. I just wanted to thank and give a shoutout to Dave.
