Harley Wilkinson

Domicile: Freeport, IL

Harley has now been driving for a year and a half. He got into trucking to drive and invest in real estate. His favorite road snack is jerky. Harley grew up in Freeport, Illinois and he spends free time at the beach, driving side-by-sides, and going to the gun range.

Jason Blanton

Domicile: Granit City, IL

Jason came to Nussbaum because he wanted to make driving his career. He grew up in St. Louis.

Tyler Magyar

Domicile: Duquesne, PA

Tyler is a new driver. He was driving fire trucks for about 9 years and off-road construction equipment since he was 18. Now, he is ready to transition to the road. He grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and can be found camping and exploring new things in his free time. Tyler’s favorite road snack is beef jerky. Tyler has been a fireman since 2007. He loves serving his community. He is excited to make memories at Nussbaum.

Zachary “Zach” Ansley

Domicile: Scottsville, KY

Zach got into trucking because he wanted to travel. He has now been driving for 10 months. Off the road, you will find him riding a motorcycle or with friends. Zach grew up in Scottsville, Kentucky. Zach’s favorite road snack is Gardetto’s snack mix. His favorite memory from the road was hauling pontoon boats.

Abdikadir “Shabani” Shabani

Domicile: Louisville, KY

Shabani has been driving for 9 months. He has a passion for driving and loves to travel, so trucking was a great fit. Off the road, he plays sports such as soccer. His favorite road snacks are carrot sticks, apple slices, and zip-top bags full of berries. Shabani grew up in Louisville, Kentucky.

Andre Kelly Jr.

Domicile: Grand Prairie, TX

Andre’s uncle got him into trucking, so he has been driving for 16 months. He grew up in Grand Rapids, Michigan and off the road he loves hanging out with family, going to the gym, and eating good. His favorite road snack is Ritz cheese crackers. His favorite road memories are the seeing the views when driving out west. Andre shares that he’s a very personable individual and loves having genuine conversations.

Jeremy King

Domicile: Hinckley, OH

Jeremy has been driving for 9 months. He got into trucking for the money and to be on the road. Jeremy grew up in Michigan and his favorite road snack is dill pickle sunflower seeds. Off the road, Jeremy enjoys playing the guitar, riding his motorcycle, smoking meat, and Alabama football. He says, “ROLL TIDE ROLL!” Jeremy also shares that he is a 13-year Army veteran.

Robert “Rob” Davis

Domicile: Fairburn, GA

Rob has been driving for one year, and he got into trucking because of his family. He grew up in Atlanta and enjoys gaming when off the road. His ideal road snack is Starburst.

Jared Rauh

We are excited to share that Jared Rauh has accepted the position and will be joining Nussbaum on 6/3/2024. Jared has been working with Samaritan for the last 10 years in UX design. He is looking forward to helping us build out our UX/UI space and we are excited to be bringing him on board and join the Nussbaum Team!

Samantha Cole

Samantha “Sam” Cole is planning to start with Nussbaum on 6/3/2024. She has spent the last 8 years working at Heritage Operation Group. She has known about Nussbaum and this position lined up well, so she is looking forward to the change! When she visited, she loved the culture and environment as she has been working from home the last few years. She is ready to get back in an office.

Eduardo Chavez

Eduardo “Edy” Chavez is looking to start with Nussbaum on 6/3/2024. He will be a tech at our Channahon location, but we will have him on site here at Nussbaum from 6/3 till 6/6. He has spent the last 4 years as a Tech for NFI in Chicago land and got a Diesel Tech degree from Universal Technical Institute prior to that. We are excited to be adding him to the Nussbaum team!

Jim Jennings

Jim Jennings will be joining Nussbaum on 6/3/2024. Jim has over 10 years of Diesel Tech experience working on all sorts of equipment. He has spent his recent experience at Connect Transit working as a supervisor and he is looking forward to getting back to turning wrenches. We look forward to having him join our team.

Mindy Steiner

Mindy Steiner has decided to come back and join Nussbaum in another internship this summer. She will be looking to start on 5/28/2024 after graduation from High School. She is still processing what she is looking to do long term, but she did enjoy working here in Accounting over the summer last year, so we are excited to have her back and helping in the HR wing this time.

Mitch LaTulip

Mitch LaTulip has decided to come back to Nussbaum. Mitch left about 6 months ago moving up to Chicago to take on a new opportunity. He has missed the Nussbaum family (maybe even his brother, Joe) and with some of the openings, felt like it is a good time to come back. He plans to start back at Nussbaum on 6/3/2024! He will be considered part of the hybrid role of Fleet Planner/Regional planner.
