A couple of weeks ago, Kurt Duncan had a trailer that needed a brake job, but it was loaded and needed to keep rolling.
We were going to have him get this done out on the road, but it only had five racks on it, so Kurt suggested we route him to the terminal and have our shop trans-load the freight to a good trailer.
This was a great suggestion as it saved us more expensive service out on the road and kept Kurt and the load moving. Great thinking, Kurt!
