While I was at the terminal for another reason, I found out from my Driver Manager that they were looking to schedule my truck into the shop. I knew that we were waiting on a part for this work, so I stopped by to see if they had an idea on when it would arrive. John Peck heard me asking, and quickly scanned the shelves, finding the part ready to be installed. Soon after, I got a call asking where I was parked. John showed up at my door with his tools and the part to my truck, quickly swapping it with the defective one. This was above and beyond! Not only did I get my truck back to 100%, but he saved me being pulled back off the road and kept me rolling. He absolutely made my day and week!
