Dan Lamour
Domicile: Elgin, IL
Dan has been driving for 6 months and he got into trucking when he experienced a forced career change (for the better, he says!). He grew up in Duluth, MN, and when not on the road he enjoys spending time with lots of friends and family – he is married with a 13-year-old son and 10-year-old daughter. His favorite memory from the road was driving through Pennsylvania mountains in the fall when all the leaves were changing colors. Dan’s ideal road snack is something simple, like snack sausage, Lance crackers, and chewy granola bars. He also wants to share that he used to be an actor for a hobby and had hundreds of performances. He loves the NFL and watching his kids grow and helping them with all of their interests and activities.
Dream vacation: “We love being near the water and going to a beach – any beach. Would love to go to Italy someday.”
Kamilah Dukes
Domicile: Columbus, OH
Kamilah got into trucking for the adventure and her desire to see the USA. She has been driving for 1 year. She grew up in Columbus, OH, and she loves going to the spa and spending quality time with family and friends when not on the road. Kamilah’s favorite memory from the road was when she parked her truck at the consignee for her 10 hour and took an Uber to the beach. Her ideal road snack is fresh fruit. She also says, “I’m left-handed so I’m always in my right mind.”
