“I would like to nominate Garrie Atkins for an Own-It moment for staying almost an hour and a half past his normal workday.
I had a driver (Anthony Voorhees) who has been having truck issues and was running a load in a spare and unable to make his rental car pick-up in time before they closed. He needed a Rental car to get back home in Galesburg, IL, for his vacation.
Upon discovering Anthony could not pick up the rental car before they closed, Tianne worked quickly to see if she could find someone willing to pick it up.
Garrie went above and beyond by picking up the car, bringing it back to the terminal, and staying well over the time he normally stays. Thanks to Garrie, my driver Anthony can get back home in time to pack and make his flight tomorrow morning.”
