Dan Ford called in to question what appeared to be an extra $75 store credit on his account. He had already used all of a $75 store credit and part of another $75 store credit. When he looked at his account today, he saw the remaining balance of that second credit and another credit of $75.
He didn’t know why that would be there and assumed some error and brought it to our attention.
There was an error!
The first uniform credit somehow re-funded itself to $75 and showed as available again in Dan’s account.
Dan showed a lot of character bringing this issue up. That’s the kind of honesty, integrity, and character we’re referring to in Nussbaum’s core values. Way to Own It, Dan!
