February Sales Update

Your Feedback Matters

After each load, you’re asked to give a rating. Those ratings aren’t shoved in a corner to collect dust. Especially if you rate a load poorly. Your feedback is used to see trends and find growth opportunities.

A group of Operations managers – Chris Aranda, Bill Wettstein, and Doug Bradle – receive the feedback you give after each load.

Chris comments, “Your feedback helps us act on trends we may not know are out there by commenting on ‘good’ or ‘bad’ loads.”

You may want to provide feedback on:

  • A dock or location not made for a 53’ trailer
  • A location tearing up equipment
  • Rude people at a facility

Chris continues, “We can follow up and be a voice for change. In many cases, we have stopped picking up or delivering from a location with a poor rating.”

Do You Need a Sales Form?

Sales forms for customer leads are in LiNK. If you have a good experience with a location or someone at the dock says they would like to work with Nussbaum, you can pass along a sales lead with the sales form.

Customer Updates

Have you hauled any loads for these new accounts?

We’ve got new freight with The Toro Company, Eaton, Grainger, and KEC Designs. KEC Designs are interesting loads because you deliver to various new Jimmy John’s locations throughout the US.

We transitioned most Penske system freight to dedicated and added two dedicated runs for Caterpillar.

Brand new in 2021, we’re starting to haul for Altorfer CAT, Harley Davidson, O’Brien Steel, and Nestle Waters.

Sales and Pricing have been hard at work, and we’re appreciative of that. They’ve secured over $3.5 million in annual rate increases since July 2020!
