$3,000 Referral Bonus
Refer a driver to Nussbaum, receive $3,000!
There’s no slow payout over your referral’s first year. It’s one and done on day one.
If the driver you refer completes orientation and pulls their first load, you receive a $3,000 check, in full, from payroll the following week.

We prefer to search for new trainee drivers within a 50-mile radius of our terminal as we have a surplus of trainers here.
Tips to Refer New Drivers
Ask your referral questions and get to know them. When you leave the recruiters details about the referral, it gives a good foundation for the call.
Here are some questions that’ll help you refer drivers likely to thrive at Nussbaum (and get you that $3,000!).
- Are they okay being away from home a week at a time?
- Do they have a willing and reasonable attitude?
- Would they be a good ambassador for Nussbaum?
