Eric Hartter – Junior Business intelligence Developer
Eric started with us back in October as an IT intern. He has received his degree in Data Science, and he has been working with IT on the large push for data and how we can use it to improve Nussbaum as a whole. Eric will be joining the Nussbaum team full time as a Junior Business Intelligence Developer. This means that he will be digging heavily into our data and mining what we have so the different departments can then use that data to improve company efficiency. We are excited to have him join the

Eric Olson – Account Manager
Eric and his wife have lived in Hungary for the last 9.5 years. Over there, he worked for an international Christian school where he was a middle school and high school teacher. In that time, he also served as the lead guidance counselor for the school. He and his wife started transitioning back to the states in June 2020. He has been working to familiarize himself with different computer technologies and transition back to the American culture. Eric is new in the trucking industry (weren’t we all) but is not new to challenges.

James Rocke – Operations Intern
James is currently “going” (online classes) to school at Illinois Central College. Once done there, he is hoping to head to Bradley University to finish out his college degree. It is fun and exciting getting young individuals into Nussbaum and getting them hooked on trucking!

Seth Jacowski – Load Planner
Seth has spent the last 6.5 years at Growmark, where he was the Fleet Operations Manager, and all of his time at Growmark has been spent in operations. Before working at Growmark, he spent three years working in operations with Con-way (now XPO) in Rockford, IL. We are always glad to find employees with his kind of operations/trucking experience, and we are excited to add him to the Nussbaum team in January!

Michael Taylor – 2nd Shift Service Writer
Michael comes to us with a decade of mechanic experience. We look forward to putting him to work as the maintenance contact for our drivers and supporting the second shift techs through midnight. It also means fewer third-party breakdown calls for our drivers after hours.
