Recipe: Hot Logic Omelets

Boy, do we have a treat for you today. Brian Stultz, Nussbaum Driver (and what I would consider a Hot Logic Mini Chef), has recorded a video to share his recipe for a hot breakfast in the truck.

Doesn’t that sound especially nice on these cold winter mornings? It’s easy, fast, and very versatile – add onions, mushrooms, black olives, whatever you want – go ahead!

Ingredients

½ c. Liquid Eggs/Eggbeaters

Fully Cooked Sausage

Bacon Bits

Diced Ham

Shredded Cheese

Any other omelet mix-ins!

Directions

  1. Pour eggbeaters in the bottom of the HLM container.
  2. Add as desired: sausage, bacon bits, ham, cheese, or whatever omelet mix-ins you want.
  3. Put the lid on the container. Place in HLM and cook for 7-8 hours. It doesn’t need to be that long but put it together before bed, and it’ll be ready in the morning.
  4. Enjoy a hot breakfast on a cold morning!

Cook two HLM containers at once in a Family Size Hot Logic like Brian showed in his video.

And check out Brian’s post on Divided Containers for the HLM as well.
