Ingredients
Peppercorn Pork Tenderloin
Flour Tortillas
Colby-Jack Sliced Cheese
Directions
- Wrap half the package (approx. 1/2lbs.) peppercorn tenderloin in foil and place in the Hot Logic Mini(HLM) baking dish.
- Allow to cook for 4-5 hours
- Once cooked, remove the baking dish. With the HLM still plugged in, place 2-4 tortillas in a paper towel and place them directly on the heating element of the HLM. Put the back dish on top.
- Zip up the HLM and let the tortillas warm up.
- Serve in warm tortilla with a slice of Colby Jack Cheese
